The Chinatown area of Herald St / Fisgard & Government Street makes up the northern section of
the the "Old Town" district that adjoins the Victoria Inner Harbour, which on the south end features
the Empress Hotel, Roger's Chocolates, the Royal B.C. Museum and IMAX theatre and of course the Legislature/Parliament Buildings, and
ferry terminals to Seattle and Port Angeles.
